The Disney Classic Games Collection is back with Jungle Book and SNES Aladdin

Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King are back with a new form, the Disney Classic Games Collection. The new collection includes three classic Disney games, including numerous different versions of Aladdin, The Lion King, and The Jungle Book. The Collection is developed by Digital Eclipse and published by Nighthawk Interactive, who announced the new collection Thursday morning.

The Disney Classic Games Collection adds a few new toys to the collection of beloved Disney games. The Jungle Book is the only completely new game in the collection, and players can choose between the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis versions of the game. The Collection also includes the Super Nintendo version of Aladdin, where Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King only offered players the Genesis version.

Like the previous Disney Classic Games, the Disney Classic Games Collection also features other versions of these games, like those released for handhelds. But the new Collection also has a variety of bonus features like additional behind-the-scenes content, additional music, the ability to watch a playthrough of each game (including the ability to skip to certain sections), and the ability to rewind time if you make a mistake. Each version of the game also looks better than before, and includes new filters and visual options.

The Disney Classic Games Collection will come to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One on Nov. 9. The Collection will run players $29.99, the same price as the Disney Classic Games title from 2019. Players who own the previous pack can upgrade their title with a DLC pack called “The Jungle Book and MORE Aladdin,” for $9.99.

Players can purchase the game digitally or pick up a physical version of the Collection, which includes one of four randomly selected “retro-style” instruction manuals in the box.
