During the announcement in August, the note at the end of the teaser indicated that more about Mafia: The Old Country would be revealed in December. Last week, the PC Gaming Show took place, and initially, people reasonably thought that a full trailer would be shown there. But no. On the ninth, Monday, the developers officially announced their appearance at The Game Awards. And so, in the early hours of Friday, the 13th, they showcased a minute and a half of the new “Mafia.” With a knife fight, lupara, horses (solving the issue of a sparse vehicle fleet at the beginning of the last century), the induction of the main character named Enzo Favara into Don Torrisi’s Family, and a release date. Still very approximate. We’ll head to Sicily from the early 1900s in the summer of 2025.
On the game’s Steam page, several screenshots and updated information have already been added.
Fans were also intrigued by an image hinting that there is a special in-game item prepared for 2K account holders.
