We recently had our first child and I was looking for a relaxing game to play during my (limited) downtime. Well I found it. Cruising around Europe, soaking in the scenery while listening to some random french jazz radio station playing in my truck literally puts a smile on my face. It’s also very effective as an excuse for more playing time… “I’m just 25 km from finishing my tomato delivery to Venice” is a lot harder to argue with than “I just need to kill these last few guys”.
“Go finish your stupid delivery” is the usual response.

I hate my Job ATM. So I come home and I’m my own Boss. I own my Truck and Trailer, I even employ some crazy looking geezer who barely makes a profit, but I respect him and treat him better than I’m treated IRL.
Might sound a bit depressing, but this game is amazing, I love it. Highly recommend you to at least try it.

More than a game, it’s a zen-like way of life. There’s nothing quite like delivering tons of potatoes to Bratislava on a rainy evening with Slovak pop music radio for company.
You know what this game is all about by now, so if you’re yet to play it, but it still intrigues you in even some small way, I urge you to give it a go. It’s a lovingly made trip along some beautiful European roads, and a gaming experience unlike any other (well, you know, American Truck Simulator aside, of course).
