Riot Games is trying to carry the hammer down on League of Legends cheaters, particularly “feeders,” or gamers that deliberately rack up kills for the opposing staff.

Riot Games’ comms director Ben Forbes took to the League of Legends subreddit in reply to at least one pissed off participant’s run-ins with a participant that continued to feed in Diamond ranked play regardless of being reported a number of occasions.
Forbes acknowledged that, within the coming weeks, Riot will likely be making “some changes” to the automated system that’s meant to “catch far more inters automatically.” The developer will even be rising its handbook evaluate and ban quota in addition to “considering some broader changes that could make it harder to troll.” What these measures are isn’t instantly clear, and as Forbes acknowledged, “these sorts of things are earlier on in design, so don’t expect much on this front for a little while.”
The frustration gamers have skilled isn’t misplaced on Riot, both, so for those who’ve had points with gamers just like the one referenced within the Reddit thread, relaxation assured that Riot is in your aspect.
“We’ve been pretty quiet on this front, but know that we think it’s unacceptable for players to ruin games by inting, and we’re serious about improving our system so we can get better at stopping it.”
