Already deployed on Android for all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, xCloud intends to change the future of video games by making available a whole range of playable titles directly in streaming on your phone or tablet. May owners of iOS devices and PCs rejoice, Microsoft has just announced that its famous service will land tomorrow on iPhone, iPad and Windows 10 … but only for a few elected officials : the privileged will receive an email and access to xCloud via their internet browser (Google Chrome, Safari or Edge) and not by an application, Apple’s legislation preventing this. Note that this will therefore be a beta, which will serve in particular as a test for Microsoft on these platforms with a view to a total and definitive deployment of the service.
Not long ago, the Redmond firm announced with great fanfare the arrival of games from the first Xbox and Xbox 360 in the catalog, then counting titles like Gears of War 2, The Elder Scrolls Morrowind or Perfect Dark Zero. In addition, the month of April will also have seen the arrival of GTA 5, just that: xCloud is starting to get pretty damn interesting.
