Academy Award winner Tommy Lee Jones (Men in Black) has officially signed on for the upcoming season of the FX series The Sensitive Kind, according to reports from Deadline.
The gritty crime noir made its debut last fall, following Lee (Ethan Hawke), an Oklahoma-based journalist whose relentless pursuit of the truth often leads him into perilous situations. Created by Sterlin Harjo (Reservation Dogs), the series has garnered widespread critical acclaim, currently holding an impressive 98% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
While specific details regarding Jones’s character remain under wraps, the project marks a significant milestone: the legendary actor’s first television appearance in forty years. He was most recently seen on the big screen in the 2023 legal drama The Burial.
