This High Chaos playthrough of a Dishonored mission gives newcomers an idea of what to expect in Dishonored 2

Have a look at this High Chaos playthrough of the Lord Regent assassination mission from the first Dishonored .

High Chaos is the most violent path which can be chosen in the game, and it is triggered by killing as many human characters as possible.

In the video above, Cosmic Contrarian plays as Corvo using some of the character’s trademark moves – which have been extended and enhanced in the upcoming sequel.

If you haven’t played the first Dishonored, the video above should give you an idea of what High Chaos will look and play like when Dishonored 2 arrives next month.

One of Corvo’s signature moves, Blink, has been expanded in the latest outing, and he can now use it to not only avoid detection by teleporting, but to also teleport to people in order to stab them in the neck or wherever else he wants to. Blink also now makes use of the “stop time and redirect” improvement from the Dishonored DLC The Knife of Dunwall.

Bend Time has also been upgraded to perform kills on an enemy, and when time goes back to normal, the player gets to see the results of their actions in real-time. This ability can also be upgraded to fully stop time as in the first game, and to advance time to set up a particular sequence of events.

In Dishonored 2, Corvo can also upgrade his Possession ability, which allows him to transfer from one living body to the next, and of course, he has other abilities as well.

Dishonored 2 launches worldwide on November 11 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Those who pre-order will be able to play the game a day before its official release.
