Time flies. Indeed, it’s been a year since Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. To celebrate this first anniversary as it should, some game developers have decided to unveil on Twitter some very conceptual gameplay videos. Basically, we can see what the game looked like before its release, the teams focusing at that time on the mechanics and the level design, before obviously tackling the graphics.
We take the opportunity to recall that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was not only appreciated by the critics (80 average on Metacritic), but that it was also a commercial success. Moreover, over the last twelve months (figures stopped at the end of October 2020), the very serious firm NPD Group indicates that Respawn Entertainment’s game is the second best seller in the United States, behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and ahead of the indestructible Animal Crossing.
