A brand new video discussing the marketing campaign in Star Wars: Battlefront 2 has been launched.
In it, the event crew touches barely upon the way it plans to chronicle the 30-year story hole between Star Wars Episode 6: Return of the Jedi and Episode 7: The Force Awakens in Star Wars: Battlefront 2.
EA Motive, which is growing the marketing campaign, got here up with the concept of telling the story through Imperial Commander Iden Versio’s viewpoint. As previously reported, Spec Ops: The Line author Walt Williams and former IGN editor Mitch Dyer are co-writing the the story.
“It hadn’t really been done before, at least not at that fidelity,” Steve Blank, inventive govt in LucasFilm’s story group told the PS Blog.
“They sold us from day one on that idea, and we put our nose to the grindstone — working on all the details of what that would become.”
The video above options some the sport’s lead designers comparable to Mark Thompson, director at EA Motive, and Matt Webster, govt producer at EA Criterion Games.
