Gameplay Fixes & Improvements
  • Addressed issues concerning homeless citizens:
    • Fixed homeless citizens not striving to find housing.
    • Fixed homeless citizens with inappropriate household wealth.
    • Corrected newly spawned households being misclassified as homeless.
    • Raised the cost of shelter in the home-seeking job to reduce homeless numbers.
    • Introduced MovingInHouseholdCount to track households searching for properties, and set a cap to prevent excess spawning.
  • Resolved issues with the Small Elevated Subway Station indicating missing road connections and utilities when placed on 6 or 8 lane roads.
  • Fixed a crash that occurred when replacing a building that had lost renters.
  • Fixed noise and air pollution issues caused by road tunnels.
  • Fixed buildings on pedestrian street roundabouts incorrectly showing no pedestrian access notifications.
  • Addressed sick citizens getting stuck on pedestrian lanes.
  • Corrected missing sewage connection notification when placing the Water Tower on combined pipes.
  • Fixed the ability to place overlapping buildings.
  • Corrected some city service buildings displaying an “Overlapping items” warning erroneously when placed on roundabout grids.
  • Prevented buildings from being placed on water by attaching them to areas.
  • Improved Passage Park coverage consistency regardless of park orientation.
  • Enhanced dog behavior so citizens don’t bring their dogs to work or school unless they are already outside.

UI Fixes & Improvements
  • Fixed accessibility of the bottom status bar with a controller in Map Tile Purchase mode.
  • Fixed “assign vehicle” selection skipping values on the slider.
  • Fixed “Show Unlock Popups” option being available only in developer mode under interface options.
  • Fixed UI disappearing when the “Place Multiple” Tool Mode is selected in the Vegetation tab with a controller.
  • Corrected parallel offset settings malfunctioning when building roads with a controller.
  • Fixed buildings showing wages section despite not having workers.
  • Corrected inconsistencies in the trend updates for money and population changes.
  • Addressed building upgrades missing bonuses in the Selected Info Panel.
  • Fixed building attractiveness tooltip showing incorrect percentages after a building loses all attractiveness, such as due to a fire.
  • Fixed Train, Tram, and Subway tutorials marking the ‘placing tracks’ step as completed prematurely.

  • Enhanced Selected Info Panel of stops and stations to immediately show whether transport lines are active or disabled.

  • Changed Infoview panel pie charts to horizontal bar charts for a more compact UI that enhances map legend visibility.
  • Added mouse bindings for camera movement actions (both forward and backward), unset by default.
  • Included Shift, Alt, and Ctrl keys in the mouse binding action description.
  • Enabled scrolling through asset panel pages with the mouse wheel.
  • Relocated the Small Water Tower’s UI position to precede the regular Water Tower.

Audio Fixes
  • Adjusted audio for the Marquee zone tool and the map tiles tool.
  • Fixed Space Rocket sound playing after it disappears from the map when followed.
  • Added fire sound effects to buildings that were missing them.
  • Added snapping sound effects for building pipes and electricity nets.
  • Restored engine sound for the North American Ambulance.

Misc Fixes & Improvements
  • Fixed terrain holes from the previous city persisting after starting a new game until terrain holes are spawned.
  • Corrected right indicator on the back of NA_Ambulance01.
  • Fixed the synchronization of tram direction indicators.
  • Reinstalled the missing basketball hoop in the Film Actor Mansion Signature building.
  • Adjusted Small Bus Station illumination after upgrading with Extra Platforms and Taxi Stop.
  • Added fire visual effects to some building upgrades.
  • Corrected rendering of electricity wires over smoke.
  • Fixed light glow of the Forest Forwarder vehicle.
  • Fixed the light source placement on the Forest Harvester vehicle.
  • Changed smoke to water vapor on some industry chimneys.
  • Several translation fixes applied.
  • Updated game credits.

  • Introduced SettingsUIBindingMimicAttribute for mod syncing with built-in bindings.

  • Bug fixes
    • Fixed scrolling issues during sync in rare cases where multiple progress bars appeared.
    • Enhanced visibility for error messages in input fields.
    • Corrected alignment of the Activate playset button in the playset listing.
    • Fixed profile image shifting when following and unfollowing.
    • Addressed mods in playset details showing the wrong enabled state after subscribing.

Known Issues & Tips
  • Resolving homelessness may take time if the city has numerous homeless households. Constructing new residential buildings may expedite the process.
  • Empty buildings are currently invisible despite affecting demand but can still be occupied by residents or businesses.
