After seeing The Last of Us 2 be named GOTY 2020 at the Game Awards, Naughty Dog continues to work on his next game. For the moment, nothing is known about the project, and obviously fans are looking to shake the nose at Neil Druckmann. This is indeed what the co-president of the studio (with Evan Wells) makes clear in one of his last tweets. “SIf you ask me on Twitter to ask me about our future project, I can’t say anything…, he explains. Please be patient. We have some cool things we can’t wait to share with you. As soon as we can, we will.“
Among the most probable options, we obviously think of the multiplayer mode of The Last of Us 2. Otherwise, there is the possibility of a brand new license, Neil Druckmann never having ruled out this track. Besides, let’s not forget that last July, Naughty Dog posted a job posting for a single player game. The posts of Level / Environment Designer, Tools Programmer, Character Concept Artist, or Visual Designer UI were particularly targeted.
