Matterfall is the newest game from Housemarque, the loveable bunch chargeable for Super Stardust, Outland, Resogun and Alienation.
As you’d anticipate from a studio with a CV like that, it’s a gloriously stunning affair full of sensational color explosions.
There’s a narrative, after all, and the story is that this: our hero is struggling to flee a devastated world contaminated by the lethal alien Smart Matter. The solely option to survive is to shoot the shit out of it, which makes for very fairly explosions.
It’s an agile platformer crossed with a sidescrolling shooter, principally, solely you might be welcome to giggle and say “groovy” all through. Admire it in its full glory through the trailer above, which was one other of these Sony completely failed to say throughout its E3 2017 showcase.
