Among Fortnite’s more surreal collaborations — from Godzilla and King Kong dueling beside X‑Wings to a gargantuan Homer Simpson stomping through the map — perhaps the most unexpected is the inclusion of an unfilmed chapter from Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill. Epic Games says the next season will integrate material drawn from the scrapped installment known as “Yuki’s Revenge.”
On Wednesday, Epic teased that Yuki’s Revenge — a chapter long planned but ultimately left out of the final films — will appear in Fortnite in some form. The chapter centers on Yuki Yubari, the sister of Gogo Yubari, who in early drafts embarks on a bloody vendetta against the Bride after Gogo’s death during the Crazy 88 sequence. That solo, gun‑fueled confrontation existed in early screenplay versions but was removed for various reasons, including reported casting hurdles for the role.
If you want to read the draft itself, “Chapter 5: Yuki’s Revenge” from an earlier Kill Bill screenplay is available online. In short, the chapter sends Yuki to Los Angeles with an Uzi and a mission to assassinate the Bride — a premise echoed by the Fortnite artwork Epic shared.
Rumors that Kill Bill content would arrive in Fortnite have been circulating for some time — including the franchise’s emblematic vehicle, the Pussy Wagon. Epic confirmed the crossover at an L.A. event that included Quentin Tarantino and Uma Thurman (the Bride/Beatrix Kiddo). During the presentation Epic unveiled an in‑game version of the Bride and released a teaser that depicts her roaring in on a motorcycle amid a sprawling finale: towering kaiju, a Power Rangers Megazord, and a colossal Homer Simpson all clash across the battlefield.
That cross‑cultural showdown kicks off during Fortnite Zero Hour on Nov. 29 at 2:00 p.m. EST, and it will flow directly into the game’s upcoming season.
Gogo Yubari will also join the roster. To unlock her as an in‑game skin, players (or guardians on their behalf) must purchase a ticket to screenings of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair; each qualifying ticket includes a unique redemption code for the Gogo outfit. More information on that promotion is posted on the official Fortnite site.
Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair — a single, unified cut of the two films — opens in U.S. theaters on Dec. 5. This combined presentation removes the first film’s cliffhanger and recap sequence, adds a previously unseen animated segment, and will play at select venues in 70mm and 35mm formats.
Fortnite Chapter 7 is scheduled to go live on Nov. 30.
