Greetings, everyone,
We’re delighted to present a fresh hotfix today, aimed at addressing several pesky bugs and errors. It seems that Us has been a source of considerable annoyance, depriving many of our players of their well-deserved rest. This bothersome creature has persistently obstructed some players from initiating a Short Rest. We’ve since tutored it in the finer points of etiquette, specifically on the art of exiting a gathering gracefully, rather than overstaying its welcome as an unwelcome guest who depletes your refrigerator of all its cheese.
As with our previous patches, should you encounter any problems following the installation of this recent hotfix, we recommend first removing all mods to see if the problem still exists. Should the issue persist even after the mods are uninstalled, we invite you to reach out to our support team and provide a detailed report so we can assist in resolving the issue efficiently.
Our team is dedicated to continuing the development of additional fixes and updates. Meanwhile, we’d like to express our gratitude for your engagement with Baldur’s Gate 3!
- Resolved an infrequent crash issue when loading the Act I area.
- Eliminated an occasional crash that occurred when hovering the cursor over adversaries.
- Addressed a potential crash issue when loading a game save created during a trade sequence.
- Corrected the issue with Us not departing the party post-tutorial, which led to more instances where the Short Rest could be hindered. Additional adjustments have been made to prevent Us from remaining in the party erroneously.
- Resolved a bug where splitting items during trade was not functioning correctly when items were being transferred from the inventories of companions.
- Fixed the issue where the context menu failed to display trading options for items located in a companion’s inventory.
