– A chapter system similar to Red Dead Redemption 2, the first 2 chapters would be at the end of the 70s.
– Targeted release date: October 2023.
– Male main character, code name “Ricardo”. The name of the character would be a spoiler in the history of the game and the author of the leak warns players not to be spoiled his name by other insiders)
– Map that would be inspired by Miami and Florida + a smaller map, close to the island of Guarma in Red Dead Redemption 2
– The departure of Dan Houser would be linked to exhaustion following the crunch of Red Dead Redemption 2, his return to Rockstar remains possible.
– Lifespan of the main story in a straight line: about 60h
– A multi mode in the tradition of GTA Online with a release shifted from the single player campaign (as was the case with Red Dead Online and Red Dead Redemption 2).
– It would be the best story ever written for a GTA game, although less emotional than that of Red Dead Redemption 2

– We would meet Ken Rosenberg (from GTA: Vice City) in GTA VI. The latter would mention Tommy Vercetti on several occasions although we never see him.
– NPC side, these would be truer than usual. Example: NPCs are found honking their horns and driving aggressively around other motorists because they are late for work.
– The “family” of GTA IV is mentioned and the group Love Fist is involved in main and side missions.
– Direct contact with explosions can cause limbs to fly and you can leave deep wounds on people with machetes. Hand-to-hand combat and fire sequences can result in bone scattering.

– Red Dead Redemption 2 would also benefit from a next-gen patch which would not boost the graphics but would bring reduced loading times and a 60 FPS version.
– A protagonist would have been imagined in 2017 but never finalized because it would not take root badly in the narrative of GTA.
– The protagonist is supposed to be 34 years old at the end of the game.
– The main character is a white man of approximately 1.85 meters enjoying a rather pronounced tan. He is said to have black hair and is an Italian raised in the United States.
– Storms and weather effects would be “really incredible”.
– A GTA San Andreas remaster would be planned for the game’s anniversary.
– Vehicle customization would have been improved compared to GTA V. Cars change over time, as do clothing and hairstyles. This makes old cars rarer as you play and if someone sees you driving one they may come to criticize it.

– Liberty City is also in the game but the missions are limited. However, the influence of the Mafia is high there.
– The soundtrack would focus on pop and rock. British duo Pet Shop Boys are said to have several of their tracks included in the soundtrack.
Dan Hauser was involved in an overall idea for the game but didn’t write much of it.
– The game would be really “politically incorrect”.
– Its announcement could be made in spring 2022.
