Ghost Banishers of New Eden pushed back to 2024, reasons for the delay justified

It is unidentified whether there is a genuine expectancy from gamers for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, yet Don’t Nod has actually made a decision to delay their game for a number of months to provide it a possibility to exist. This choice comes late as the title was expected to launch on November 7, 2023, right in the center of the typical end-of-year AAA launches, yet it shows a particular clearness from the French workshop. Oskar Guilbert, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of Don’t Nod, and also John Bert, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of Focus Entertainment, confessed that this hold-up is not because of one more justification for brightening, yet instead to stay clear of a straight fight with Call of Duty, Spider-Man 2, and so on.

“We have decided to postpone the release of this new franchise by three months because the market is experiencing an intense cycle of AAA titles on PC and consoles at the end of this year. We are confident that a commercial release of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden during a less saturated period will give it the attention it deserves.”

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is not the only game that has actually been held off to stay clear of being outweighed by the competitors, Alone in the Dark, likewise anticipated for 2024. By February 13th following year, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden might have the possibility to develop buzz, as it is plainly not really felt today.
