G2A says that is the “first step” in making the web site higher.
G2A.com is a notoriously shady web site that has come below hearth previously for promoting keys that don’t work, or which have come from undisclosed suppliers.
They’ve landed themselves in scorching water with each Riot and Gearbox, and on the Reboot convention in Croatia in April, Eurogamer reported on the roasting that G2A senior account supervisor Mario Mirek took in a Q&A with builders. Suffice to say they weren’t blissful together with his solutions and the session did nothing to assist the corporate’s popularity.
In a bid to show issues round, G2A has announced some “exciting changes” that may drive sellers to reveal their names and addresses, they usually’ll be implementing computerized geolocation to determine the situation of patrons “to streamline its marketplace,” and VAT will now be included within the full worth of merchandise.
“These changes are only the first step in further simplifying and improving the shopping and selling experience on G2A Marketplace,” apparently, and can come into impact on July 1.
Do you assume that is too little, too late? Or are you glad to see them making a step in the fitting course? Chime in beneath.
