The ‘Caffeinated’ Emote, which featured music from Sabrina Carpenter’s chart-topping track ‘Espresso,’ was removed a mere 20 hours post-launch. Although Epic has yet to release an official statement, it’s rumored that the decision might stem from players’ dissatisfaction with the song’s accelerated pace.

Fortnite’s official Status account confirmed that this withdrawal is only provisional, although it hasn’t disclosed when the Emote will return. An updated version is anticipated in the forthcoming patch, with the original music to be restored to the dance sequence. Nonetheless, details on the implementation and whether purchasers will be compensated remain ambiguous.
