Probably, the promotion was arranged for those owners of PS5 and Xbox Series X / S (available only to them) who have not yet started using the service, which opens access to additional bonuses and free offers in GTA Online. This is a good point for those who wanted to try it but didn’t spend the 6 bucks (don’t forget to unsubscribe if you don’t want to get the full amount of perks in the future). However, it should be noted that now the weakest month for the year of GTA+.
