That’s it, it’s done, it’s official: the next Call of Duty, vintage 2021, has just been formalized by Activision who has decided to release the very first teaser. Without real surprise, this episode is called Call of Duty Vanguard as many rumors had claimed in recent months. Another confirmation, it is indeed the studio Sledgehammer Games which is back to business after being excluded from the production of Call of by Activision for reasons which remain unknown. Four years after Call of Duty WWII, the studio is back in lead production with the desire to bring us back to life from the events of World War II, the original breeding ground of the saga. The teaser which is also proposed seems to indicate to us that the war will be international and not only on the European side. Unlike Battlefield 1942, Call of Duty Vanguard will offer a single player campaign which should be one of the spearheads of this episode, knowing that the multi will of course have an important part and that the Zombie mode is already confirmed. In any case, we will know Thursday, August 19 at 7:30 p.m. French time, since it is on this date that the game will be presented with great fanfare.
