Update v0.3.5: Reduced Notification Frequency and Bug Fixes

We are excited to announce the release of Palworld version v0.3.5!

▼Base Adjustments
・The notification frequency for Pals getting stuck in the base has been significantly reduced
⤷ Notifications now trigger only when the player is nearby the base where the issue is occurring
⤷ Notifications related to natural obstacles such as rocks and trees will no longer appear
・In cases where a working Pal becomes stuck, they will now continue their tasks remotely without needing to move

▼Bug Fixes
・Resolved an issue preventing the construction of pillars underwater
・Rectified a synchronization problem affecting oil rig turrets in multiplayer mode

▼Text Corrections
・Corrected a bug that introduced simplified characters into the traditional Chinese translation
・Addressed other minor text-related issues
