Update 1.03 – Now Available for PC

Unlike previous update 1.03 GTA: Trilogy – Definitive Edition also available for PC versions. Among the announced platforms, only Switch is not, but perhaps the update will arrive there a little later, like last time.

It is likely that the latest patch includes and first fixes, since the re-release version received weighty updates:

  • “Triple” – 4 gigabytes,
  • Vice City – 8.5 GB,
  • San Andreas – 18 GB.

It looks like the criticism was good, and Rockstar Games will still hold back promise to improve quality – there were a lot of fixes. But there is doubt that they were all made by Grove Street Games. Most likely, the employees of R * itself got down to business.

Nevertheless, very important corrections were made, and for some reason some were not included in the general list. For example, the third part and “Weiss” returned their native sounds to the menu (before that, all three games had a sound from GTA: SA).

Like a week and a half ago, translation into Russian full list of changes not in a hurry, so we manage on our own.

For three games on all platforms

  • Improved stability.
  • Added a cinematic camera that was in the originals and was missing in the re-release at launch.
  • Fixed some texture issues.
  • We have fixed numerous cases where it could rain indoors during screensavers.

For three games on Xbox One

  • Fixed an issue with a stupor when leaving some rooms.
  • Cases of not falling out achivok when linking to RGSC multiple accounts should no longer occur.

For three PC games

  • Fixed a problem with the inability to choose a further action if the task fails.
  • A bug was fixed, whereby players with some symbols in their nicknames could not save progress (apparently, we are talking about saving to the cloud).
  • Fixed a problem with the game with ultra settings and with non-saving graphics settings after reboot.
  • Made numerous changes that prevent errors with the interface, menus and other elements.

Fixed issues in GTA 3 – Definitive Edition:

  • rain in the screensaver of the first story mission;
  • the appearance of rain under water during a fall;
  • the grass that made its way through the asphalt in the cut-scene of the story mission Drive Misty For Me;
  • the textures of the walls near the hospital and the textures of the roof of the Triad fish factory in Portland;
  • the absence of an example of speech when changing the volume of dialogs in the audio menu;
  • interface while performing the work of a taxi driver or a policeman;
  • missing collision of objects under the Callahan Bridge in Chinatown;
  • “Stretching” a two-seater car using a waste heat exchanger at a landfill;
  • camera during RC Toyz missions (radio-controlled cars with explosives);
  • inappropriate text after delivery of the transport for export;
  • incorrect inscription with the names of some missions;
  • a repainting garage on the second island;
  • wheels on cars in Joey’s garage;
  • a mistake in the name of the Deli & Pizza;
  • and also improved inscriptions on the front doors of taxis.

In GTA: Vice City – Definitive Edition, the s / s bugs were fixed:

  • camera after the Shakedown story mission;
  • with Tommy’s hands as he donned Cuban clothes on the same mission;
  • the failure of the mission after the explosion of the cafe in the story mission Cop Land;
  • the loss of mansion textures during the Rub Out story mission;
  • game departure at the end of side missions for the boat station and at the stadium;
  • crashing textures during long gaming sessions;
  • pauses while listening to V-Rock and Wildstyle Radio;
  • the appearance of extra NPCs in the intro of the Supply and Demand story mission;
  • A hole in the textures near the Umberto Robina cafe;
  • incorrect inscription Welcome to Vice City on the territory of the airport;
  • the logo of the Shaft Hot Dog diner;
  • some textures with the “walls” of the islands;
  • indestructible boxes in the Gun Runner mission (this prevented the game from going further);
  • a flamethrower that managed to destroy objects behind the back of the protagonist;
  • A hole in the textures in place of the closet in Tommy’s hotel room;
  • several cases of incorrect texture work;
  • a minigun that did not spin during firing;
  • the speed of the helicopter blades, which did not coincide with the true speed of the air transport;
  • by the same pool R *, which was incorrectly displayed on the map and radar;
  • an inscription on the stadium;
  • a mistake in the name of the bookstore Mavis Bookstore and when arrested during a paramedic mission;
  • incorrect display of the main character, if you stand in front of buildings in Little Havana;
  • a clone of Lance after restarting the story mission Cop Land;
  • open graves that were not visible;
  • and also added banners for large vehicles (Rumpo, Coach, Benson and Boxville).

In GTA: San Andreas – Definitive Edition, the following issues have been fixed:

  • lack of clouds at high altitude;
  • grass that was displayed incorrectly;
  • Caesar and his fingers in the cut-scenes of the story missions of Cesar Vialpando, King in Exile and Wu Zi Mu;
  • Karl’s body in The Meat Business and Supply Lines missions;
  • crash during the Dam and Blast mission and when restarting the checkpoint in the Ice Cold Killa mission;
  • crashing textures during long gaming sessions;
  • with a backward look, when the camera captured CJ’s face in close-up when riding an ATV and when flying a Hydra;
  • a mistake in advertisements for Mexican food and in the name of the FleischBerg record store and factory;
  • the missing bridge at Shady Creeks;
  • non-spinning burger at the Burger Shot and UFOs at the Lil Probe Inn;
  • numerous headpieces in which the hands of the fat Karl passed through the body;
  • light in a house in Rockshore West;
  • the appearance of the inscriptions “Killed!” or “Arrested!” when loading autosave;
  • CJ in the cut-scenes of the story mission Reuniting the Families;
  • gas station windows during the Tanker Commander story mission;
  • tattoos on Karl’s body;
  • the wrong texture of the number on the jerseys of the Grove Street gang members;
  • rain, which simply did not allow to play normally;
  • non-playing radio while using the wardrobe in any shelter;
  • a bug with a forklift in the story mission Robbing Uncle Sam;
  • irregularly shaped decorative donuts and nuts on the roof of a diner in San Fierro;
  • boat motors and miniguns that did not spin during use;
  • mistakes in the diner menus and the signage of the police department in Las Venturas;
  • “Exchange” of CJ’s and Caesar’s hairstyles, if Karl was wearing a headdress;
  • the disappearance of the radar after being caught in the Home Invasion mission;
  • the failure of police cars underground;
  • and also added alternative animations for the fat and muscular CJ.
