A-One Films will reissue Luc Besson’s sci‑fi film The Fifth Element in Russian cinemas. The picture is scheduled to return to theaters on December 18.
Originally released in 1997, the story unfolds in the 23rd century. Former special-forces major Korben Dallas and a mysterious woman named Leeloo join forces to save the planet by tracking down four mystical elemental stones.
The film stars Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich and Gary Oldman. Exact screening times and venues will be announced closer to the release date.
