Street Fighter 5: candy-pink costumes to support the fight against breast cancer

October is the month dedicated to the fight against cancer in all its forms, but it nevertheless has a stronger resonance on the side of breast cancer prevention. Every 14 seconds, somewhere in the world, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer and globally, this disease is the cause of the highest number of cancer-related deaths in women. In the United States, the number of deaths from breast cancer has fallen by 40% since the founding of the BCRF foundation, and that is exactly what Capcom has committed to this private research fund this year. It is through the game Street Fighter V that the Japanese publisher has expressed its support, by setting up special edition charity costumes in pink hues. The idea is indeed to raise awareness and further support research against breast cancer.

From October 12 until November 12, it will be possible to collect BCRF costumes for Chun-Li and Ryu, both for the PS4 and PC versions. The costumes will be offered individually or in combo for the two characters, knowing that all the profits received will be donated to research against breast cancer. Capcom specified that 100% of the money raised will be entirely donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, with a guaranteed minimum donation of $ 25,000. Capcom will disclose the total amount of their donation at the end of the campaign. Here are the pictures of these candy-pink costumes.
