The exact battery capacities of the iPhone 16 series have been revealed, and the 16 Pro features a battery with a steel casing
iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max have received L-shaped steel batteries, while the 16 and 16 Plus are equipped with the previous generation batteries.
However, the battery capacity has increased across the entire lineup. The battery life of the iPhone 16 Pro has grown by almost 10% compared to the iPhone 15 Pro, and the iPhone 16 operates 6% longer than its predecessor:
• iPhone 16 – 3,561 mAh
• iPhone 16 Plus – 4,674 mAh
• iPhone 16 Pro – 3,582 mAh
• iPhone 16 Pro Max – 4,685 mAh
Initially, it was expected that all iPhone 16 models would feature a steel-cased battery, but this has become a privilege only for the Pro models.
