Palworld v0.7: Welcome to the “Home Sweet Home” Update
2025 has been a monumental journey for Palworld, and we are thrilled to conclude the year with our v0.7 update, Home Sweet Home. This milestone focuses on refining core mechanics and strengthening the game’s foundation. While this update prioritizes system improvements over raw volume, these changes are essential stepping stones as we march toward the official Palworld 1.0 release.

The ULTRAKILL Crossover has Arrived!
Our second major collaboration is here! We have partnered with New Blood and Hakita to bring the high-octane world of ULTRAKILL to the Palpagos Islands. Players can now equip legendary armor sets and wield signature weaponry from the series.
Master the infamous “Coin Toss” mechanic! By using the Marksman Revolver in tandem with thrown coins, you can execute devastating Ricoshots, bouncing bullets off targets for stylish, high-damage finishes. We hope you enjoy this fusion of Pal-taming and retro-shooter flair.

Architectural Freedom: Building Enhancements
The “Home Sweet Home” update places a heavy emphasis on your personal sanctuary. We’ve been consistently impressed by the architectural creativity of our community, and we want to give you even more tools to express yourself. This update introduces a variety of new structural components, including the highly requested triangular pieces for more complex rooflines and walls.

Beyond new shapes, you can now personalize your base with a splash of color! A new customization feature allows you to paint building segments and foundations. To make construction even easier, we have overhauled the building UI into a streamlined list format, making it far more intuitive to find the exact piece you need.

New Raid Battlefields & Bosses
Protecting your base just got easier. When activating the Summoning Altar, you now have the option to challenge Raid Bosses in a dedicated “Raid Area.” These specialized battlefields allow you to go all-out with your Pals and temporary structures without the fear of your beautiful home being collateral damage.
Prepare yourselves: a formidable new Raid Boss has emerged. Gather your strongest allies and most battle-hardened Pals to conquer this latest threat!

Dynamic Melee Combat Overhaul
We want melee combat to be a viable and satisfying choice throughout the entire game. In our first major pass on the system, we have reworked the attack animations for swords, katanas, and beam swords. You can now execute fluid combo chains by rapidly attacking.
Katanas and beam swords now feature powerful special abilities, activated by holding down the secondary attack input. This is just the beginning for melee—expect even deeper mechanical refinements as we head toward version 1.0.
Steam Workshop Integration
The Palworld modding community has been nothing short of inspiring. To better support your creativity, we have officially integrated the Steam Workshop. This makes it easier than ever to browse, install, and enjoy community-created content. (Note: This feature is currently exclusive to the Steam version of the game).

Experimental PvP & Exclusive Merch
We are introducing experimental PvP tools, allowing server owners to define their own competitive rules. While this feature is still in the balancing phase, it provides the framework for Tamers to test their skills against one another. Guidelines can be found at docs.palworldgame.com.
Additionally, we have teamed up with Makeship to release eight limited-edition plushies, including Zoe and several fan-favorite Pals! These are available for pre-order now while supplies last at the Makeship Palworld Store.
