Like many games that land on the new next gen consoles that are the PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, Metro Exodus will take advantage to improve technically. Thanks to a long message posted on the official website, we learn that the game will display a 4K resolution, that the framerate will run at 60 frames per second, knowing that it will be possible to activate Ray-Tracing for beautiful effects and reflections. But that’s not all, we can also expect greatly reduced loading times thanks to the SSDs of both machines, spatial sound and features specific to the DualSense. On PC, we will also be able to benefit from a nice update, since the game will take advantage of graphics chips from AMD and Nvidia, in particular to take advantage of the best of Ray-Tracing. 4A Games bluntly warns: the level is so advanced that you will need at least a graphics card compatible with Ray Tracing technology. Better, the game will support DLSS 2.0 on NVIDIA graphics cards, in order to offer even more detailed graphics, but also a higher framerate and display resolutions. Finally, note that this improved version of Metro Exodus will be available for free on next gen consoles and PC too.
