Horizon Forbidden West won't release in 2021 on PS5 and PS4, here's the new release date

It’s a little sad to say, but we expected it: Sony Interactive Entertainment took advantage of the kickoff of gamescom 2021 to return to Horizon Forbidden West. Initially scheduled for the end of the year, the title of Guerrilla Games sees its release date being postponed by several months. It is indeed on February 18, 2022 that the game can be sold, that is to say 5 years after the release of the first episode, it was in February 2017, a few days before the release of Zelda Breath of the Wild. We could have believed in a new video to compensate for the bad news, but Guerrilla Games is too busy finishing the game. We are however warned that pre-orders will open on September 2 and that players of the first Horizon Zero Dawn can from now enjoy an improved performance patch on the PS5 version. This update allows you to enjoy 60 images per second, knowing that the update will be done automatically as soon as the console is launched and connected to the network.
