If you’re questioning about getting your bearings in Fallout 76’s model of West Virginia, fret not – Bethesda has revealed the total in-game world map, and though it’s largely unlabled, it’s nonetheless attainable to establish just a few of the game’s key areas.
What’s most notable instantly is that this map is printed and in full colour, not like the monochromatic PipBoy maps we’ve seen in earlier Fallout games. It’s festooned with cheery Vault-Boy branding, which signifies it was made for America’s tricentennial celebration in 2076.
Players will start their journey at Vault 76, which you’ll be able to see within the higher left-hand quadrant of the map, on the japanese finish of Route 90. Nearby are icons for a pair residences, and the Mothman Museum is to the west on the financial institution of a river, on Route 81.
Jordan has assembled an inventory of Fallout 76 locations, and it’s attainable to establish many of those locations on the map: Uncanny Caverns is within the south, on the sting of a darkish zone dominated by a big icon for what seems like a coal excavator. The state home is seen simply to the northwest, and persevering with west on Route 85 from there leads you to the Nuka-Cola bottling plant.
But most of the icons are simply plain puzzling. In the darkish space on the japanese aspect of the map, there’s an icon that simply seems like a giant scary gap within the floor. And southwest of that, there’s an space the place apparently there are bees.
