Patrick Munnik, lead producer at Guerilla Games, died on June 10, 2019 at age 44.
Munnik began at Guerilla Games on Jan. 1, 2011, finally taking up a senior producer function for each Killzone: Shadowfall and, later, Horizon Zero Dawn.
Guerilla Games launched the next assertion on Twitter at this time:
“It is with great shock and sadness we inform you that our lead producer Patrick Munnik is no longer with us. We are eternally grateful to have had our greatly valued and much loved Patrick on our team.”

Hundreds have replied to the Tweet with their love and condolences, calling Munnik “a good producer and an even better family man.”
Munnik is survived by a spouse and youngsters.
