GTA 6 Predictions: News and Revenue
Analysts from the research group DFC Intelligence, which specializes in video games, predict, reports Financial Times, that GTA 6 will generate 1 billion dollars before its release—solely through pre-orders. A similar amount was earned from GTA 5 in the first three days of sales. In the year following its release, the game is predicted to generate revenue of 3.2 billion dollars, twice as much as the previous installment.
However, before the release of “six,” there will be many updates about it. The first screenshots, second trailer, and so on. All of these might appear online shortly before the quarterly financial reports of Take-Two, the right holder of Grand Theft Auto. In 2025, they are expected, according to the calendar on MarketScreener’s website, to be conducted on the following dates:
- February 9,
- May 18,
- August 10,
- November 5.
However, the first three dates fall on Sundays, so they will probably be moved half a week forward or backward.
