Fan-Made Elden Ring Reforged Remake Released with New Bosses, Areas, Pause Feature, and Online Play Support
The FromSoftware title is kept alive by its modding community, which continues to create new content.
A major remake mod, Elden Ring Reforged 2.0, was released recently. The mod team has reworked multiple elements of the FromSoftware game and enriched it with fresh material.
Notable additions:
- Content — new bosses, the Serpentine Depths dungeon, new weapons and spells
- The Runeforging rune-forging mechanic
- A class and subclass system called “Fortunes,” enabling custom build creation
- A “pause” feature
- Camera enhancements
- The ability to tailor the game’s challenge using a difficulty-level system
Support has been added for Linux and Steam Deck, along with online play: “Try full-featured FromSoftware multiplayer on the Reforged community server with separate matchmaking.”
