Weta Workshop to Open Pre-Orders for Nazgûl Statue from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Weta Workshop to Open Pre-Orders for Nazgûl Statue from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Slated for a 2026 release, Weta Workshop has unveiled a new 17.5 cm Nazgûl statue inspired by The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, capturing the moment the spectral hunter stalks into “The Prancing Pony” in pursuit of the Halflings and the One Ring.

Weta Workshop has announced that pre-orders for this latest addition to The Fellowship of the Ring collection will open next week, specifically on March 19–20, depending on the buyer’s regional time zone.

Sculptor Brigitte Wuest has masterfully immortalized the eerie presence of the Ringwraith as it looms within the common room of the Bree-land tavern.

The fluid, unnatural draping of the Nazgûl’s cloak suggests motion even in dead air, while the figure’s posture strikes a chilling balance between predatory stealth and impending violence. Notable craftsmanship is evident in the meticulously detailed armor plating, the textured wrappings, and the ancient, weathered blade.

The character’s silhouette maintains a haunting sense of inhuman dread. This collectible is designed to complement other Nazgûl figures, serving either as a focal point for a diorama dedicated to the forces of darkness or as a standalone tribute to the Nine — those once-great kings enslaved by the Rings of Power to serve as Sauron’s most terrifying thralls.

Cast in high-quality polystone with metal accents, the statue measures 17.5 cm in height, 10.6 cm in width, and 16 cm in depth, with a weight of 0.64 kg. Shipping is currently scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
