Italian cosplayer SambuZ has curated an impressive gallery of photos and videos for dedicated fans of Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil Requiem, capturing the essence of the seasoned Division of Security Operations agent dedicated to the global fight against bioterrorism.
The survival horror experience of Resident Evil Requiem struck a chord with many players. It delivered a refined blend of gameplay and narrative, supported by striking visuals, while introducing a fresh wave of enthusiasts to the haunting depths of the “Resident Evil” universe.
Celebrating the franchise’s legacy, SambuZ stepped into the role of Leon Scott Kennedy with meticulous detail. He released a variety of portraits alongside cinematic clips (first, second, third) that perfectly embody the iconic survivor.
Within the world of Resident Evil Requiem, Leon shares the lead role with FBI technical analyst Grace Ashcroft. This older iteration of the protagonist is characterized by a rugged beard and the visible marks of time and hardship.
Despite his advancing age, Leon maintains an elite level of physical conditioning that rivals the likes of Chris Redfield. This version of the character carries a more somber and weary disposition, burdened by the heavy “weight of those he couldn’t save” throughout his missions in Raccoon City and rural Spain.
Even though he projects a hardened exterior, his fundamental nature remains unchanged — he is a man driven by duty, always prepared to sacrifice himself without a moment’s hesitation for the sake of others.
