Elden Ring: gameplay from FromSoftware (Dark Souls) and George RR Martin (Game of Thrones) leaked

Announced at E3 2019, Elden Ring is a long overdue game. It must be said that the association FromSoftware (the Dark Souls saga) and George RR Martin, who is none other than the author of the Game of Thrones books, is more than promising. Since the broadcast of the trailer while CGI, the title edited by Bandai Namco Entertainment is discreet, but is obviously the subject of many diccusions and fantasies in video game forums. This weekend, rumors announced a presentation of the game soon, probably at a Microsoft event at the end of March. Hallway noise muffled in the wake of Aaron Greenberg, the Microsoft VRP, who cracked a tweet to deny all this.

Except that for a few hours, things have accelerated since a screener of the trailer was thrown on Reddit before being quickly deleted. Andy Robinson, journalist for the Video Games Chronicle (VGC) site, having had time to watch the trailer confirms the veracity of the video despite its deplorable quality. Pieces of this trailer are now shared on social networks, especially on Twitter, where we can see gameplay sequences on horseback. We also see a huge dragon in the shape of fire-breathing and panoramas of landscapes which promise to be epic.
VGC takes advantage of this leak to claim that the development of the game has been delayed due to COVID-19, forcing teams to work from their homes. For VGC, Elden Ring is unlikely to be released in 2021, but according to Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, we should see the game show up soon.
