Third time’s the charm: a third successor to Disco Elysium has made itself known today

Summer Eternal studio has been founded. In their manifesto, the developers stated their aim to create a “cultural megaproject,” a role-playing game with text of the “highest quality.” A “complex and ambitious” RPG that will surpass their previous work (Disco Elysium).

Among the renowned developers in the new studio are:

• Argo Tuulik — one of the writers for Disco Elysium, its canceled sequel and spin-off;
• Olga Moskvina — one of the writers for Disco Elysium;
• Dora Klinjich — writer for the canceled Disco Elysium spin-off;
• Anastasia Ivanova — former concept artist at ZA/UM;
• Michael Oswell — former graphic designer at ZA/UM;
• Lenval Brown — co-founder of the new studio, narrator voice in Disco Elysium: The Final Cut.
