The deliberation required substantial effort from our jury due to the diverse interpretations of the broad theme, which truly highlight the winners’ ingenuity!
Ultimately, we thoroughly enjoyed diving into all the various approaches and distinct concepts!
Concerning Community Contests on Mod.io overall, we find ourselves extremely satisfied with the current trajectory and feel privileged to host a community consistently eager to excel in Sandbox Mode!

SPECTACULAR! This represents the pinnacle of creative work within House Flipper 2’s Sandbox Mode.
Let’s address the obvious – the unconventional, asymmetric, and uniquely angled elements blend harmoniously! Hamt4ro skillfully merges these elements into an unparalleled design. Venturing into this creation feels akin to exploring a novel architectural style, with each corner revealing unexpected surprises!
2. Coastal Cottage by jessfess27
This entry radiates ultimate coziness! Here, we immensely (and I mean immensely) appreciated the color and material selection along with the environment-enhancing additions. Crafting beyond predefined boundaries is no easy feat, yet Jessfess27 showed it to be a playground for genuine artistry! So many hours invested, and an exceptional taste for establishing an idyllic vacation ambiance. Simply perfect!
3. Camp Chevaler by LisaMockingbird
It’s summer camp vibes! What caught our eye were the spectacular bespoke items and abundant clutter that make the space feel incredibly inhabited! An amazing focus on detail accompanied by innovative ideas we hadn’t seen before! LisaMockingbird encapsulated the essence of a summer camp flawlessly, further showcasing remarkable creativity and originality.
4. A Suitcase in the Sand by Super_Kupo
This project left us thoroughly impressed! Upon close inspection, we found that numerous small items are actually custom designs crafted with existing objects. The attention to detail extends to often-overlooked areas (such as within drawers!), which captivates us! A highly inventive concept synergized with immense Sandbox Mode expertise and meticulous execution!
5. Summertime by Shortfatguy13
STAR WARS ENTHUSIASTS ASSEMBLE! Indeed… this entry made us realize that “Summer Getaway” can be interpreted in extraordinarily distinct manners. And wow… this one is extraordinary! Shortfatguy13 envisioned a summer sojourn on a remote island featuring his colossal MILLENNIUM FALCON.
And if anyone wonders if the Falcon is merely façade? …Sweetheart, this is an HF2 Community Contest, naturally, it boasts an extensively designed interior! And let’s not overlook the comprehensive underground mansion!
It’s audacious, and we adore it!
6. Tropical Dream by Natka_96
A truly stunning contemporary villa! This location embodies many people’s ideal summer getaway! Featuring top-tier modern design elements, meticulously detailed and thoughtfully designed spaces! We particularly admire the integration of numerous natural features that become an essential part of this project! Bravo!
