At present, a subset of our user base is facing connectivity issues with official servers, which can be attributed to the disruptive actions associated with cheating and fraudulent behavior. It has been verified that these issues are preventing some members of our gaming community from enjoying their experience.
Our stance as an organization is clear: we have zero tolerance for deceitful practices or cheating. We are proactively implementing measures to rigorously and urgently address these concerns.
To initiate our countermeasures, we intend to launch a new feature that allows for a player list on servers in an upcoming February update. This function will aid in more effectively identifying and subsequently barring players who participate in cheating, as enforced by our development team.
Subsequent to that, we have plans to incorporate a third-party anti-cheating system designed to specifically target and mitigate prevalent cheating and fraudulent activities.
*Note: On community servers, as well as in single-player and cooperative modes, the implementation of this feature will be elective.
Beyond these initiatives, we pledge to maintain stringent efforts to combat any further dishonest actions and cheating within the game.
While our development team tirelessly addresses these challenges daily and enforces preventive measures, there are instances where the response might not be as swift as desired, and we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.
