Florence and the Machine have released a video for a new song titled “Heaven Is Here.” Directed by Autumn de Wilde, the video was shot in Kyiv, Ukraine, in November. Watch it below.

According to Florence Welch, two of the dancers in the video are sheltering in their home city as it remains under siege by Russian forces. “To my brave and beautiful sisters Maryne and Anastasiia,” she wrote on Twitter, “I love you. I wish I could put my arms around you.” She shared another statement about the song:

“Heaven is Here” was the first song I wrote in lockdown after an extended period of not being able to get to the studio. I wanted to make something monstrous. And this clamour of joy, fury and grief was the first thing that came out. With dance studios also shut it was my dream to one day create choreography with it. So it’s one of the first pieces of music I have made specifically with contemporary dance in mind.

“Heaven Is Here” is the singer’s second new track within the last month, following “King,” which also arrived with a video from de Wilde. Welch hasn’t yet shared release plans for a follow-up to 2018’s High as Hope.
