M.I.A. has launched a brand new clip from the upcoming documentary MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A.. Watch it under. Directed by Stephen Loveridge and scored by Paul Hicks and Dhani Harrison, the movie is a behind-the-scenes look into M.I.A.’s life as an artist with private footage spanning many years. It premiered on the 2018 Sundance Film Festival the place it gained the World Cinema Documentary Special Jury Award. MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A. hits U.S. theaters on September 28 and UK theaters on September 21.
