With patch 1.7.1 we eradicated several troublesome underground anomalies that were siphoning artifacts across the Zone and brought back the missing power lines. Below are the specific fixes and improvements included in this release.

Added a fail-safe to allow the game to start when incompatible mods would otherwise prevent launching.

Fixed an issue where power lines could vanish when players approached them.
-
Resolved a bug that caused the Ward NPC to teleport into view after killing noontiders during the Wishful Thinking mission.
-
Corrected behaviour so Ward soldiers properly assist Skif in holding position during the Assault On The Duga mission.
-
Eliminated a severe performance drop that occurred when opening the PDA while Shadows were set to Epic.
-
Prevented players from sprinting while carrying more weight than allowed.
-
Fixed texture flickering on the staircase that could appear after the cutscene in the Back To The Slag Heap mission.
-
Addressed visual artifacts on Richter during the cinematic in the The Price Goes Up mission.
