Spotify is preparing a remix creation feature
According to The Wall Street Journal, the application will have features for speeding up, slowing down and mixing tracks with the possibility of saving them in the media library for repeat listening.
In this way, the service will deepen its interaction with the audience and allow track authors to earn from remixes. Among social network users, it has become popular to post short videos with song remixes, the authors of which do not yet earn income from them.
Basic remix creation functions will be available to standard Premium subscribers, and more advanced features may become part of the upcoming more expensive Spotify Supremium subscription with an assumed price of $19.99 per month. The exact launch dates are unknown.
