This was reported by insider Middleagegameguy. According to his information, the base model will follow the style of the Nintendo Switch. It will be able to run full console titles both on its own hardware and in the cloud, with the Surface team handling its development.
The lineup will also include the classic powerful stationary Xbox, which will replace the Series X model.
Both consoles are expected to be released in 2026.
