Rumor: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to Feature 16 GB of RAM
A reputable insider under the pseudonym Ice Universe shared this information. This is a significant increase in RAM for Samsung for the first time in a long while; in recent years, the “Ultras” only had 12 GB of RAM.
The lower models in the S25 lineup are not expected to be affected by this. However, it is likely that all models in the series will be equipped with a Qualcomm processor—Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (which may also be called Snapdragon 8 Elite).
Another rumored innovation in the S25 Ultra is an ultra-wide camera with a new 50 MP sensor.
The official announcement of the Galaxy S25 series models is expected in January 2025.
