The Samsung Galaxy S24 series in China will feature a Chinese artificial intelligence instead of Google Gemini Nano
In the Chinese market, the flagship series of Samsung smartphones will have the chat-bot Ernie from Baidu, which is referred to as the “response to ChatGPT”.
The AI features announced at the Samsung presentation will work both on Gemini and Ernie, but it should be noted that there might be differences in the final output.
It is also unknown whether Ernie will support the Russian language, whereas many Gemini features definitely work in Russian.
