The Mystery Machine has pulled up and Mystery Inc. is ready to renovate. Whether you’re a lifelong Scooby‑Doo™ fan or just want to add a playful, spooky twist to your flipping projects, this DLC delivers a fresh creative palette and themed content for every decorator.

- Six mysterious jobs tied to an overarching Scooby‑themed storyline.

- Three new special buyers and three themed assemblies.
- Scooby‑themed TV channels (try not to get lost binge‑watching!).
- Twelve new Achievements to unlock.
Notable item additions (selection):
- Four new wood varieties and 16 new patterns suitable for wallpapers and furniture.
- Six retro/mid‑century tile styles and five new door sizes.
- Kitchen upgrades: three new cabinet sets and a 9‑piece retro appliance collection.
- Multiple living, dining, bedroom, hallway, and storage sets — including themed and modular pieces.
- New hardware: seven doorknob styles, five handle types, and fresh switch designs (including dungeon levers).
- Smart elements: keypads, pressure plates and other smart controls for interactive builds.
- Novel decorations: vinyl player, plush Mystery Inc. toys, investigator gear, neon signs, lava lamps, LED lightboxes and many small ornaments.
- Large interactive additions: the Mystery Machine van, a second fully customizable van, a working rollercoaster, teacup carousel and a bowling alley set.
- Gothic and botanical items: scary trees, trunks and brambles, carnivorous plants, clematis vines, fiddle‑leaf figs and more.
- Classic Scooby‑Doo villains in full size and a huge variety of decorative pieces — including a truly gigantic sandwich and, yes, Scooby Snacks.
- Over 115 new decorative objects to furnish and personalize your properties.

🎃 The free “Scoobtober” update
To celebrate the launch, we’ve released a free Scoobtober update for every House Flipper 2 player. It adds seasonal content, new mechanics and a subterranean Halloween job that unlocks a new purchasable house when completed.

Free Scoobtober Update — Changelog (high level)
New:
- A Halloween job taking you underground and a new house with a bunker.
- New mechanics — Keypads & Pressure Plates — wireable with the Wiring Tool to create escape‑room style puzzles (tutorial books included).
- Marcus Offerman: a serious new buyer focused on business properties.
- 63 new items and 10 custom pictures.
Examples of the 63 new items:
- Stacks of books for fast shelf filling, attic ladders, hidden doors, one‑way windows and mirrors.
- Two additional patterns for walls and items, Zellige tiles, glossy and flaked plastic finishes.
- Wiring Tool kit items: Smart Controller, keypads, motion sensors, pressure plates, plus two tutorial books on wiring and smart controls.
- Late‑90s PC set, modular toilet cubicle, safety tape and other thematic props.
Changes & improvements:
- Custom colours are now usable in both Story and Sandbox modes.
- Item collection bar becomes available after unlocking the Designer Perk; over 3,500 items added to the item collection for easier decorating.
- New store categories (Occasional Decorations, Wiring, Transportation) and a DLC filter.
- Visual effects for the Flipper Tool, improved pattern categorization, brighter nights, and enhanced preview lights for large items.
- New particle types for collectibles, a “Flicker” TV channel, neon lights with on/off states, and refined cleaning tool behavior.
- UI updates: Sandbox parcel screens and the Mod.io browser were reworked.
Fixes: Various stability and optimization fixes, several coop synchronization improvements (buying, entering large parcels, item dropping) and other gameplay optimizations.
