The well-known PPSSPP emulator may appear in the App Store by the end of the year
PPSSPP creator Henrik Ridgard wrote in his blog that he had studied Apple’s rules regarding console emulators. According to the rules, emulation applications can only run retro games.
According to the developer’s opinion, consoles which are no longer produced nor supported by developers, fall under this definition.
In addition to the usual retro, PPSSPP allows you to play games from PS1 and PS2 and even Wii. It seems like by the end of the year we’ll be playing God of War on iPhone.
