The NovaSphera team has unveiled a new project that takes a grounded, mature approach to the medieval era, drawing stylistic parallels to Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.

Elflock distinguishes itself by casting the player not as a typical knight or mercenary, but as a princess. Shifting focus away from traditional swordplay and archery, the protagonist must utilize more nuanced tactics, making pivotal political decisions and navigating a royal court teeming with deception. The game seamlessly blends historical foundations with the enchanting themes of Hungarian folklore and traditional fairy tales, all developed within Unreal Engine 5.

The experience centers on deep investigations, the meticulous collection of evidence, puzzle-solving, and the exposure of high-stakes conspiracies. The developers have committed to delivering highly detailed medieval environments, photorealistic graphics, and a robust customization system featuring a wide array of period-accurate garments and accessories. To preserve its unique atmosphere, the dialogue is voiced in Hungarian with English subtitles provided.

Newly released footage offers a look at over two minutes of direct gameplay. A playable demo for Elflock is slated for release in the coming weeks, while the full PC launch is currently targeted for 2026.
