New season of Path of Exile has started — the game received one of the most substantial updates
The game now features:
• City-building mechanics in Kingsmarsh, resource gathering, and trading on ships with other settlements; • A currency market where players can asynchronously buy and sell currency, as well as most other items, directly in Path of Exile; • A new resource — gold. Players can use it on the currency market, for talent respecs, and item purchases; • Three high-level pirate bosses who will attack workers and ships of the player; • Reworked Gladiator class and a new class, the Keeper, which replaces the Raider; • Updated melee mechanics that eliminate the use of attacking totems — they have been completely removed from the game; • Item recombination mechanics and item enhancement via runes; • Reworked banners and ferocity mechanics; • 15 new unique items, five divination cards, 60 new base item types, along with several skill gems and support gems; • Automatic portal activation, increased item pickup distance, health bars for bosses, and the ability to quickly move large quantities of items of the same type (Ctrl + right mouse button).
