Nintendo Switch 2 Officially Presented
Yesterday, the Nintendo Switch 2 console was unveiled, with its release scheduled for this year. Compared to the previous model, it is larger, features improved controllers, numerous inputs, but as reviewers note, there is nothing revolutionary about the new model. The price is still unknown, but it’s expected to be around $400-450.
On April 2nd, the next presentation will take place, during which we will learn about the launch lineup of games. Rumor has it that it will include RDR 2 and possibly GTA 5. It is almost certain that NS2 will be able to play L.A. Noire, GTA: Trilogy — Definitive Edition, and Red Dead Redemption thanks to backward compatibility. Digital and physical copies of games for the original Switch will work on the new console, although there will be some exceptions (to be announced separately). However, it is not worth expecting GTA 6 on the Nintendo Switch 2 — its hardware is comparable to the PS4 or PS4 Pro, which is not enough for such a future hit.
